Brian T. Stark

Mr. Stark, a wounded warrior veteran with experience leading military and civilian personnel during his 15-year career with the government, prior to assuming the role of President and CEO of Banta Medical.
His professional experiences include the Intelligence Community (IC), veteran and medical research organizations, National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), Federal Occupational Health (FOH), the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD).
Guy Banta, Ph.D., MPH
Co-Founder / Board Chairman
Dr. Banta has over 40 years of documented success in DoD (active-duty U.S. Navy), NASA (contractor), academia, and private industry. His experience includes extensive leadership, management, and bench research in a variety of biomedical research and development areas. Banta's research activity is represented in over 85 peer-reviewed publications and abstracts.
His research interests and technical expertise have focused most on the effects of environmental extremes on human cognitive and physiological response and its relationship to human performance. He is a Fellow of the Aerospace Medical Association and was inducted into the International Academy of Aerospace Medicine. Additional membership and activity include the American Public Health Association, The American Physiological Association, and the American Academy of Sports Medicine.
Shaz Mahmud

With over 20 years in the technology industry, Mr. Mahmud’s focus has been on hardware development, IoT, Cloud Technologies, Emerging Technologies, IT Strategies, infrastructure deployment, and Technology Startups.
He has explored new frontiers and pushed the boundaries of technology as a hands-on technology researcher capable of spearheading design and engineering for the next generations of technologies that meet today's user demands while simultaneously enabling business agility and growth
